Large Single
The Large Single is our most spacious, single-occupancy room. It features one sink, one large window, and plenty of floor space for you to add additional seating or other furniture. You have two closets, one of which is a walk-in. This bedroom is down the hall from a shared living space which is equipped with a TV and DVD player.
The standard rate for the Regular Single includes all meals served in the SRD dining hall, as well as, access to all of the dorm's amenities.

PLAN I
SINGLE PAYMENT - $19,430*
With this plan, you will be agreeing to pay for the Large Single, in full, by June 15th.
*A prepayment of $1000.00 is due with signed contract. Prepayment is non-refundable. Add the $1000 prepayment fee to the payment plan listed above to derive the total contract amount.
PLAN II
INSTALLMENTS - $9,900* x 2
With this plan, you will be agreeing to pay for the Large Single in 2 installments ($9,900 per installment). The first payment is due by June 15th and the second payment is due by October 15th.
*A prepayment of $1000.00 is due with signed contract. Prepayment is non-refundable. Add the $1000 prepayment fee to the payment plan listed above to derive the total contract amount.
PLAN III
INSTALLMENTS - $2,530* x 8
With this plan, you will be agreeing to pay for the Large Single in 8 installments ($2,530 per installment). The first payment is due by June 15th and the subsequent payments are due by the 15th of each of the following months, with the final payment due by January 15th.
*A prepayment of $1000.00 is due with signed contract. Prepayment is non-refundable. Add the $1000 prepayment fee to the payment plan listed above to derive the total contract amount.
