We are so glad you have chosen to apply to Scottish Rite Dormitory during your college career! There are two steps to start the
Application Process:

 

STEP 1: APPLICATION PROCEDURE 

1) Fill out an online application form.

2) Mail a $250 non-refundable administration fee and color photo to:

Completion of the application form and receipt of the administration fee will add each applicant to our database to complete the Application Procedure. Your housing space is not guaranteed until SRD receives your fully executed contract and payment fee (please read contract procedure below). You will receive e-mail confirmation when your Application is complete.

 

STEP 2: CONTRACT PROCEDURE 

1) A contract package will be e-mailed to each applicant early February for the year you apply.

2) Download the contract package, read, sign, and return to SRD 

3) Return the contract package with a $1000 pre-payment fee to SRD.

4) You will receive e-mail confirmation when your contract package and pre-payment have been received and accepted. At this point in time your housing space is guaranteed.*

 

*Contracts and pre-payments: If the number of contracts received exceeds the number of rooms available, the excess contracts will be put on a wait list in order of date received. You will be notified of your wait list status and all payments will be held until a room becomes available unless you notify us in writing that you request a refund and wish to terminate your wait list status.
