Large Double
The Large Double is a double-occupancy room that features one large window, a built-in chest of drawers, a sink, and two closets. This bedroom is down the hall from a shared living space which is equipped with a TV and a DVD player.
The standard rate for the Large Double includes all meals served in the Dining Room as well as, access to all of the dorm's amenities.

PLAN I
SINGLE PAYMENT - $15,700*
With this plan, you will be agreeing to pay for the Large Double, in full, by June 15th.
*A prepayment of $1000.00 is due with signed contract. Prepayment is non-refundable. Add the $1000 prepayment fee to the payment plan listed above to derive the total contract amount.
PLAN II
INSTALLMENTS - $8,030* x 2
With this plan, you will be agreeing to pay for the Large Double in 2 installments ($8,030 per installment). The first payment is due by June 15th, and the second payment is due by October 15th.
*A prepayment of $1000.00 is due with signed contract. Prepayment is non-refundable. Add the $1000 prepayment fee to the payment plan listed above to derive the total contract amount.
PLAN III
INSTALLMENTS - $2,050* x 8
With this plan, you will be agreeing to pay for the Large Double in 8 installments ($2,050 per installment). The first payment is due by June 15th, and the subsequent payments are due by the 15th of each of the following months, with the final payment due by January 15th.
*A prepayment of $1000.00 is due with signed contract. Prepayment is non-refundable. Add the $1000 prepayment fee to the payment plan listed above to derive the total contract amount.
