Corner Suite
The Corner Suite is a double-occupancy room that features two large windows and a private bath, shared with two neighboring residents. You and your roommate have two closets, one of which is a walk-in. This bedroom is down the hall from a shared living space, equipped with a TV and DVD player.
The standard rate for the Corner Suite includes all meals served in the SRD dining hall, as well as, access to all of the dorm's amenities.

PLAN I
SINGLE PAYMENT - $17,660*
With this plan, you will be agreeing to pay for the Corner Suite, in full, by June 15th.
*A prepayment of $1000.00 is due with signed contract. Prepayment is non-refundable. Add the $1000 prepayment fee to the payment plan listed above to derive the total contract amount.
PLAN II
INSTALLMENTS - $9,000* x 2
With this plan, you will be agreeing to pay for the Corner Suite in 2 installments ($9,000 per installment). The first payment is due by June 15th, and the second payment is due by October 15th.
*A prepayment of $1000.00 is due with signed contract. Prepayment is non-refundable. Add the $1000 prepayment fee to the payment plan listed above to derive the total contract amount.
PLAN III
INSTALLMENTS - $2,300* x 8
With this plan, you will be agreeing to pay for the Corner Suite in 8 installments ($2,300 per installment). The first payment is due by June 15th, and the subsequent payments are due by the 15th of each of the following months, with the final payment due by January 15th.
*A prepayment of $1000.00 is due with signed contract. Prepayment is non-refundable. Add the $1000 prepayment fee to the payment plan listed above to derive the total contract amount.
