CONTRACT DELIVERY INFORMATION

Contract Package Acceptance Policy 2020-2021

Please be advised of the 2020-2021 Contract Package delivery and acceptance process as described below:

 

1.  On Monday, January 27, 2020, a Contract Package (2020-2021 Contract, Rules & Regulations, Roommate Questionnaire, Parking Application, and Email Confirmation) will be emailed to all applicants, guarantors & parents from whom the Dormitory has received a Completed Application (on-line application is completed with $250 application fee and color photo) before January 27, 2020.

 

2.  Fully executed Complete Contract Packages (2020-2021 Contracts with $750 pre-payment fee, Roommate Questionnaire, Email Confirmation, and if applicable, Parking Application with $900 parking fee) will be accepted only by commercial delivery service (UPS, FedEx, USPS, or any other commercial service) beginning Tuesday, January 28th @7am.  

Beginning at 8:00 a.m. on Thursday, January 30th, Complete Contract Packages may be delivered to the Dormitory by any means. 

 

3.  Order of Complete Contract Package acceptance by the Dormitory will be based on date and time the fully executed Complete Contract Package is received at the Dormitory.  If the number of Complete Contract Packages received on January 28th and 29th, exceeds the number of beds available at the Dormitory, the order of the date of Completed Application will be used to determine 

1) acceptance and 2) priority order on any wait list.

 

NO WALK-IN CONTRACT PACKAGES WILL BE ACCEPTED UNTIL

8:00 a.m. THURSDAY, JANUARY 30, 2020

DO NOT CALL Scottish Rite Dormitory.

SRD will CONTACT YOU within 72 hours after 

Complete Contract Package is received by the Dormitory.
