The fully carpeted rooms are furnished with a regular size twin bed, chest of drawers, study desk and chair, a ceiling fan and mini-blinds.  Basic cable is provided at no additional charge.  Ethernet hookups are available in each room and wireless connection is available throughout the dormitory. 

The Housekeeping staff cleans each room on a weekly basis.

There are several different room choices at SRD. All of the rooms except for the suites use the community bathrooms and showers. Each hallway has a Resident Advisor (RA) who lives on the hall and assists the residents during move-in and throughout the year with support and advice.

Each hallway has a microwave and ironing room for the resident’s convenience. The lounge on each hallway has a television with cable and is a great place to meet with friends and watch favorite shows.

SRD offers several different room choices.

Regular Double/Large Double
Sunroom Single/Sunroom Double
Corner Suite/Side Suite
Regular Single/Large Single

The approximate size of each room is 14x10.5. The Regular Single is approximately 12x8.5 and the Sunroom Single is approximately 10x8. The average window size is 54” (width) x 74” (length). You must furnish a spring-tension rod to hang curtains. All of the rooms have a sink in the room except for the Sunrooms.
