Our Process

Housing Procedure:

STEP 1: Application Procedure

  1. Fill out the online application form.
  2. Mail the $250 deposit and color photo to:

Completion of the application form and receipt of deposit will add each applicant to our database to complete the Application Procedure.  You will receive e-mail confirmation when your Application is complete.  The deposit includes a non-refundable $50.00 application fee and a $200.00 security deposit.  The security deposit may be refunded at any time upon writtrn request before a contract is executed.

STEP 2: Contract Procedure

  1. A contract will be e-mailed to each applicant early February for the year you apply.
  2. Download the contract and sign all paperwork
  3. Mail contract with a $750 pre-payment fee to SRD
  4. You will receive e-mail confirmation when your contract and pre-payment have been received and accepted.  At this point in time your housing space is guaranteed.

Contracts and pre-payments will be accepted on a first come-first serve basis.  If the number of contracts received exceeds the number of rooms available, the excess contracts will be put on a wait list in order of date received.  You will be notified of your wait list status and all payments will be held until a room becomes available unless you notify us in writing that you request a full refund and wish to terminate your wait list status.
