Fitness Center

Here at SRD we have a 24-hr Fitness Center for residents…just downstairs! Free-weights, machines, ellipticals and treadmills with flat screen TV’s with digital cable provided, and a full-service fitness studio with tons of equipment all at your disposal! Did we mention Group Fitness Classes are inclusive when you live here?
Fitness Classes such as- Kick-boxing, Yoga, Pilates, Boot Camp, Ballet Burn, and more! Check out our schedule below to see the array of classes each semester we offer our residents. Not to mention personal fitness programming and nutritional consultation appointments can be made to help set/reach individual goals with our professionally certified Fitness & Wellness Director, Veronica!
